• Website analytics: We may use anonymous, aggregated analytics (such as page views and referral sources) to understand how visitors use our site. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Respond to your enquiries about solar installation, subsidies, or our services.
• Contact you to arrange a free site survey or consultation you have requested.
• Send you information you have explicitly requested (such as a quote or a call-back).
• Improve the quality and relevance of our website and services.

We do not use your information for automated profiling, unsolicited marketing, or any purpose beyond responding to your expressed interest in solar energy.

• AI chat: Chat messages are routed through Anthropic's Claude API via a Cloudflare Worker. Anthropic's privacy policy governs the processing of these messages. We do not retain chat transcripts.
• Legal obligation: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal request from a competent authority.

5. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained only for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and maintain reasonable business records — typically no longer than 12 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing sales@rayenna.energy.
